Panggung Lapan CNY Art Weekend : Ayam Berkokok, Hari Mau Siang

For the past two years, the pandemic has severely affected the social relations, community life, and living environment. We organize this Panggung Lapan CNY Art Weekend : Ayam Berkokok, Hari Mau Siang in hope to reconnect people and the community.

To celebrate the year of Black-Water Tiger in 2022, Lostgens’ Contemporary Art Space, in collaboration with Moutou, Findars, and Wui Leng Association invites you to the Panggung Lapan CNY Art Weekend. The theme of the 2022 programme derives from the Malay proverb: Ayam Berkokok, Hari Mau Siang (Auspicious), which literally means *a rooster’s crow is a sign before/of a new dawn.*

Together, let us welcome the auspicious year of the tiger, and embrace a blissful year as a community.
