How do artist visualise women? Women come in different shapes, colours and play different roles in our everyday lives. This exhibition will showcase the artist’s visual interpretation of women.
The exhibiting artists were chosen from an open call organised and curated by Visithra Manikam. The aim of the exhibition is to give emerging and new artists an opportunity to showcase their art. She aims to address the lack of open call opportunities in Malaysia and to bring down the collaborative culture she witnessed in Yogyakarta while exhibiting her art there.
