Be serenaded with the sonorous sounds of Tchaikovsky and Tobar’s serenades in our upcoming concert, Sonorous Serenades! This concert will feature conductor Juan Sebastian Castillo Diaz, as he debuts and presents a series of well-known chamber repertoire as a conductor.
The evening will start with Corelli’s famous concerto grosso, albeit nothing to do with the festivity, the “Christmas” concerto grosso, and Mozart’s brilliant divertimento. The concert is then followed by a rhythmic and playful piece by Colombian composer, Tobar, transporting us to the distant lands of Latin America. Finally, immerse into a spectrum of sound and colors as the concert comes to an end with Tchaikovsky’s grandiose Serenade.
