About the MENTOR
Ranessa was trained as an actor under the tutelage of Anne James, Marion D’Cruz and Zahim Albakri to name a few when she was a student enrolled in Sunway University’s Diploma in Performing Arts where she graduated in 2011.
In 2010, she was in 10, 000 Cigarettes, a Short+Sweet: Theatre Finalist.
However, in 2013, she decided to put acting on hold to pursue writing instead due to personal and financial circumstances.
In 2016, she made her way back into the theatre by sharpening her acting techniques and by 2017, made her comeback on stage in I’M Entertainment’s Silk & Strings.
In 2018, she played Teacher Mary in the highly acclaimed IQ.Rock which played twice in the same year due to popular demand.
