Each team is given a micro-lending amount of only RM50 capital and they have to ensure they are able to payback this amount right after the event therefore they will need to try their best that no losses are made. This is when the real-life learning takes place: teamwork, leadership, planning, marketing, math and accounting, accountability and judgment. All rolled into one.
