Open Auditions: The Fall of the House of Usher

On a house overlooking a lake – a brother and sister lie in wait. One is ailing in health, the other in spirit. A man, called forth from childhood comes to bring relief to the brother, Roderick Usher, who has become most disturbed, who cannot tolerate flowers, good food, comfortable clothing and can only stand the sounds of the guitar. As our man meets Roderick, something far more sinister than he could have ever imagined will unfold in the House of Usher.

theatrethreesixty’s #wearetheatrethreesixty2018 festival features an immersive, devised adaptation of Edgar Allan Poe’s infamous short story, THE FALL OF THE HOUSE OF USHER – a physical theatre of creeping horror and dread realisation, featuring the direction and lead devising by Nicole Ann-Thomas, founding partner of theatrethreesixty and director of the Boh Cameronian BEST OF 2017 nominee – THE PILLOWMAN.
