We are here to share ways and practices to reconnect and recharge ourselves (& others). A chance for us to take a break on Friday night from stress and reconnect to all that gives us energy and joy in life & work! Here, you will disconnect from the digital world (as your wish) and discover how to relieve stress and connect to balance & peace at any time!
