With the recent cases of bullying in the country, Project Spect-Actor embarks to engage Malaysians in a discourse through Augusto Boal’s “Theatre of the Oppressed” (Forum theatre). An interactive performance, the play stages scenarios of bullying as an invitation for the audience to make suggestions or join the play to solve the conflicts faced by the protagonists. This public showcase will be followed by a university tour to engage youths, the demography most affected by bullying.
