Pop Up Theatre presents CPAC’s Backstage Musical Workshop, led and taught by director Scott McQuaid and a team of professional musical theatre instructors; recreating a Broadway rehearsal experience. Participants will learn acting techniques, dance choreography, staging, and undergo vocal coaching.
This intense bootcamp will introduce the group to what it’s like to perform in a musical as they are guided through this two-day event, learning the basics and routine of a musical theatre performer. The weekend will conclude with the participants taking the stage for a performance of a live opening number from a Broadway musical.
Certificates will be awarded upon completion of the workshop.
