The Vox Friendship Choir Festival is an annual singing festival by BTSM to unite singers from all walks of life, background and cultures to come together and celebrate the joy of singing. The unique value of this festival is that it promotes friendship amongst participants through multi-mingle activities. This festival encourages new singers and ensembles to explore out of their comfort zone to try out new adventures in the performance while experienced groups are very much encouraged to showcase spectacular performances that will inspire new singers ad ensembles to achieve new heights in their music making.

This year’s Friendship concert will feature 10 Choirs including Choir from Malaysia, Thailand and Philippines.
1. Broadway Academy Children’s Choir – Children aged 7 to 12 years old under Broadway Academy
2. Broadway Academy Show Choir – Gold Medal Award receiver for Bali International Choir Festival 2018 Category Show Choir.
3. Unity of Voices Chamber Choir (SMK Kepong Baru) – Winner of the National Choir Competition and and Gold Medal Award receiver for Bali International Choir Festival 2018 Category youth Mixed Voices. This choir will be competing in the upcoming Eterna Roma competition in Rome this year,
4. BAVE Chamber Choir – Gold award winner for Malaysian Choral Eisteddfodd International Choir Festival 2018 and Vietnam International Choir Competition in the Mixed Voices Category. This choir has been invited to perform at the Macau International Choir Festival 2018 and will be touring europe next year.
5. BAVE Community Choir – A choir that is open for everyone and anyone who is above 18 years old. No audition and no experience needed. Silver award winner for Malaysian Choral Eisteddfodd International Choir Festival 2018
6. El Coro Ensemble – A Pop group that is active in performances locally and on TV. This group is a Gold Award Winner for Malaysian Choral Eisteddfodd International Choir Festival 2018 in Vocal Esnsemble category.
7. ASWARA Chamber Choir – a new and upcoming choir from local Performing Arts University.
8. Misoginavoices Choir – a new and upcoming choir from Kota Kinabalu Sabah.
9. BSRU Chamber Choir (BSRU College of Music) – A chamber choir from Bansomdejchaopraya Rajabhat University, Bangkok, Thailand.
10. Kamerchor Manila – A renown choir from Manila, Philippines under the direction of Mr. Anthony G. Villanueva.
